Don't Have Ice-Cream When Wearing Gucci Shoes

Eric made ice-cream cones for everyone today and it dripped on his brand new AUD$485 pair of Gucci shoes. I think he nearly had a minor heart-attack.

Extended Lease

I have no choice but to extend my lease at my current temporary location.

I couldn't stand the house-hunting and the feeling of uncertainty anymore.

I just want to get settled down!

Boxing Day Sales

Boxing Day was too crowded and crazy for photo-taking. Everyone was in a mad rush and everywhere was full of people. I only see this much people in Melbourne during the sales on Boxing Day.

I only managed to take this one while in the queue for Gucci that Eric wants to checkout.

Eric - I've never met a guy who is more vain and more conscious of his appearance than him.

After at least six hours of walking all around Melbourne City, we finally collapsed for dinner at Pacific Cafe.

No Home

My agent wants five months worth of rent as bond, the security deposit!

That means including the first month's rental is almost a AUD$10,000 upfront payment. I don't see how anyone in the right mind that will fork out that amount of money upfront. It's too crazy! Argh!

Homeless now... Right after Christmas!!! Booooooo!!!

House Hunting is Not Fun

I've been doing rental inspections every other day for the last two weeks.

These are my thoughts:

1) I hate competing with other more qualified people who EMPLOYED.
2) I hate showing up for the inspection with like 20 other people.
3) I hate submitting the application and just waiting in vain for the reply.
4) I hate that I'm going to be homeless in 4 days.
5) I hope that my last application will be approved!

It was 35 fucking degrees today.

I stayed home and kind Angie offered to take me out for dinner.

La Porchetta is my all-time favourite place for pasta here in Melbourne.

Meeting Anh

My neighbour who lives on the same level of the same building as me. His name is Anh but he calls himself Eric. Being at a youthful age of 22, Anh already has so much more life experiences than me, and probably more than I could ever have in a lifetime.
